Urgent translation in Tournai
and a sworn interpreter within 24 h
A hearing brought forward at the Tournai division, a file to lodge with a French authority on Monday, a contract to sign before the end of the week: give us the real date and we will say within the hour whether it holds and on what terms.

What we genuinely hold in express
Give the exact deadline, not a comfort margin. The plan is built on it, and we say plainly what lies outside the possible.
Sworn paper in 24 to 48 h
A civil status certificate, a criminal record extract, a degree, a short judgment: the sworn translator for the pair is called in first and the signed PDF leaves as soon as the stamp is on.
Volume shared out
A thick file is split between several linguists sharing one glossary and a single reviewer. It is the only way to divide the turnaround without the text changing voice halfway through.
Sworn interpreter within 24 h
A summons received late, a hearing brought forward at the Tournai division, a deed to sign today. We confirm a name, or we say at once that there is none.
Immediate connection
Someone is standing in front of you and you share no language. We look for an interpreter reachable now, by telephone, and we call back with a firm answer.
Registered letter the same day
The stamped paper copy goes into the post on the day of signature, tracking number included. For a deadline in France, ask us for the real postal time before counting on it.
Legalisation chained on
When the signature has to be legalised at the FPS Justice, the two steps follow one another with no dead day in between. The full calendar, formality included, is on the quote.
What we can speed up, and what nobody can
We can translate a sworn paper in 24 hours and post the registered letter the same day. We cannot speed up a legalisation at the FPS Justice, a municipal appointment, or an apostille issued by the FPS Foreign Affairs.
Hence our first question: on what date must the document be in the recipient's hands, and which formalities does it still have to cross? If a legalisation is added, count on 3 to 5 extra working days, and express work on the translation will never catch that up.
In the same spirit, we would rather refuse than promise. A refusal announced within the hour leaves you time to look elsewhere or to ask for an extension. A promise that is not kept leaves you standing in front of a closed counter.
- A feasibility verdict, not an estimate
- Surcharge known before any commitment
- Registered letter posted on the delivery day
- The second linguist is never dropped
Four effects of express, two of them unwelcome
Four points we would rather announce before the order than explain afterwards.
The review stays
Express shortens the waiting, not the checking. The second linguist always passes and the sworn translator stays listed in the register. A paper delivered fast but refused at the counter has served no purpose.
The price goes up
Express work pulls somebody out of their schedule, sometimes in the evening or on a Sunday. The surcharge is on the quote before you agree, and the standard turnaround stays on the table alongside it.
Public offices keep their own pace
Neither legalisation at the FPS Justice, nor an apostille, nor a municipal appointment speeds up because your file is pressing. We count backwards from the deadline and show you the arithmetic.
A few pairs resist
In a very rarely spoken language, nobody is available overnight. We say so within the hour rather than searching for three days to no purpose.
If the deadline falls today, telephone rather than write. The quote form is monitored continuously from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week, but a call settles feasibility in a few minutes and gets the work started before the written quote has even gone out.
What happens in the first sixty minutes
The feasibility verdict arrives before the detailed quote: it is the information you need first.
- 01
You give the cut-off date
The day, the time if it matters, and the name of the recipient. Attach a photo of the document, even an imperfect one: it is enough to size up the work.
- 02
Feasibility answer
It holds, it holds provided one formality is dropped, or it is out of reach. The answer is blunt and arrives within the hour, weekends included.
- 03
Priority start
The file moves ahead of the queue. The sworn translator or the interpreter is blocked on your slot, and one person follows the progress.
- 04
Handed over at the stated time
The signed PDF by e-mail as soon as the work is done, the registered letter posted the same day whenever paper is required.
Is your cut-off date 24 hours away?
Fill in the form, or pick up the telephone if delivery is for tonight. The feasibility verdict lands within the hour.
Six guarantees when time is short
A network close at hand
Sworn translators and interpreters reachable on both sides of the border and across the sixteen municipalities. Without that web, a 24 h turnaround would be a figure of speech.
An answer that decides
Keeping you waiting earns us nothing. A date beyond reach is announced inside the hour, so that your afternoon can be spent knocking on another door.
No improvised subcontracting
Pressure does not make us call the first available provider. Express files go to the same professionals as the rest, or they do not go at all.
One price list
Urgency surcharges are published on the Pricing page. They vary neither with the client nor with the level of panic on the telephone.
Saturday, Sunday, public holidays
The quote goes out within the hour seven days a week, and express work continues over the weekend when the deadline falls on Monday morning.
No rule suspended
Confidentiality undertaking, register check, cross-review: nothing is set aside on the grounds that the file is pressing.
Frequently asked questions
Twenty-four hours for a sworn paper: really?
On a short document in a common pair, yes. Translating a birth certificate is counted in hours rather than days: what usually creates the delay is the wait in the queue. Express buys your place at the front. On a forty-page judgment, by contrast, 24 hours is not enough and we will not promise it.
How much is the surcharge?
It depends on the turnaround you ask for and is set out in full on the Pricing page, increase by increase. The quote gives you the total before any commitment, and the standard turnaround stays on offer alongside so that you can compare the two.
Does legalisation move as fast?
No, and that is the most common trap. Legalisation of the signature at the FPS Justice takes 3 to 5 working days, whatever the speed of the translation. If your recipient requires it, you have to count backwards from the deadline: we do that arithmetic with you from the first message.
I start a job in France on Monday and one paper is missing: what now?
Send a photo today of the document and of the letter asking for it. If a sworn translation is enough, express covers it. If a legalisation is added, we will tell you frankly that Monday is out of reach, and we will help you word a request for extra time to the recipient.
Are you reachable on a Sunday?
Yes. The form and the telephone are monitored seven days a week, and a request received on a Sunday morning gets its quote within the hour. Public offices, however, open on Monday: we will tell you what can move over the weekend and what has to wait for the counters to open.
